The quick and easy summertime remedy to a long week . . . 

  1. Take 1 tablespoon of ground ginger and place in shaker (or directly in glass)

  2. Press the ginger with a muddler to release the juices 

  3. Add vodka and let sit for one minute

  4. Add soda water and mix
