Once hot, add 1 T of sesame seeds and cook until lightly browned
In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of (vegetable or chicken) stock, 1 T of soy sauce and 1 T of dark sesame oil
In a separate large sauté pan, heat 1 T of peanut oil on medium to high heat. Once hot, add 1 lb of broccoli florets and stir to coat the florets with the oil. Sauté for about a minute.
Clear a space in the middle of the broccoli and add 1 T of Bloom Organics Ground Ginger and 1/2 T of Bloom Organics Garlic Powder. Sauté for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Then stir the garlic and ginger in with the broccoli
Add the stock soy sesame oil mixture to the pan
Bring to a simmer, reduce the head and cover
Let cook for 2-3 minutes, until broccoli is still firm, but can be pierced with a fork and then turn off heat
