Pumpkin & Spice with Lentils (not Rice!)

Have you ever come across someone on Instagram that you instantly just liked? Meaning: you relate to the message, hear the tone in the style of writing and the person behind the caption actually seems approachable? Maybe it's just us, but that's how we felt when we came across Casey from @Clean_Queenn. She's from St. Louis (just like us) and eats, cooks and documents her clean lifestyle to keep her feeling her best.

She recently posted a delicious looking fall soup where she brought together some of our USDA Certified Organic spices (actually, a LOT of them!). BONUS! It's made in a crockpot. We can't wait to try it this weekend ourselves!

Place these lovely ingredients in a crockpot and let it party on low for a few hours!

Ingredients: •1.5 cup red lentils . •2 cups carrots-chopped thick rounds . •2 cups celery-chopped •1-15 oz. pumpkin purée •4 cups vegetable broth •1-28 oz. diced tomatoes •1 tablespoon soy sauce or amino acids . •1-14 oz. coconut milk •1 medium white onion •3 teaspoons coconut sugar •1 tablespoon garlic powder . •1 teaspoon granulated onion •2 tablespoons curry powder •1 teaspoon turmeric •1 teaspoon cumin . •1 teaspoon sea salt •1/4 teaspoon black pepper
